My mother always taught me the importance of good posture – and if you were anything like me, there was definitely some “eye-rolling” when she would scold me to sit up straight.  Then I hit a certain age, and the benefits of good posture started to make sense.  Not only does good posture help increase confidence and energy levels, it helps me digest the food I eat!
